Extended Support

In addition to the basic product support, we provide you with the following extended support options on TW products:

Basic Service Maintenance Program: Our Basic Service Maintenance Program provides return-to-factory hardware maintenance services long after the normal warranty period has expired. We provide labor and materials for the repair of your TW product at a TW facility as well as the timely replacement of faulty modules/submodules in accordance with our established advance turnaround procedures. Advance turnaround procedures allow us to ship you a replacement as soon as possible after we receive your call.  You also get customized phone and fax support.

Full Service Maintenance Program: Designed for more mission-critical applications, our Full Service Maintenance program expands its Basic counterpart by providing periodic preventive maintenance at your location and on-site remedial maintenance where a qualified service technician can be dispatched to your site within 48 hours (plus preparation and travel time). We'll replace any malfunctioning products and even serve as your single point of contact for all the major third party equipment in your installation.  

Software Update Program: This program is provided with your Full Service Maintenance Program, or as an add-on to your Basic Service Maintenance Program.  The Software Update Program entitles you to receive enhancements, updates, patches, and corrections to your applications software.

System Upgrades: Take advantage of our upgrade program and we'll upgrade your L-3 Communications product with the latest software and hardware revisions to keep your system current.

On-Site Applications Support: To save on start-up time and systems integration expense, our Applications Support Team offers a variety of on-site services. These include database, driver, or algorithm development, as well as applications and advanced product training. We can also customize your system to meet evolving program requirements.

Custom Applications Support: Whether you're upgrading a system or starting from scratch, call us first. We can develop custom applications for your program, customize your work environment for streamlined operation, and actually help you design system modifications for the emerging requirements of your program.
