Ground Support Computers

L-3 Telemetry-East provides two (2) types of Ground Support Computers (GSC). The GSC1000-001 is the Ground Support Computer used with the MicroDAS family of products. It is a ruggedized, portable, PC/AT-Type computer and is used to create and edit setup files, issue calibration commands, and monitor the status of the system. The Model S5200 performs similar functions for other DAS products and is used for Pre-Flight System Checkout as well as for data processing, data reduction, and data display.
