BACKGROUND
Telemetry-East
is founded on the heritage of Aydin Telemetry, L-3
Microcom, and
L-3 Microdyne; world leading manufacturers and suppliers of
Missile and Aircraft Flight Test Instrumentation, Airborne & Ground
Telemetry Products and Systems.
The
combined strengths of these three companies provide
nearly 125 years of design, engineering and manufacturing
expertise, backed by over a billion dollar corporation,
to offer the highest quality airborne data acquisition,
signal conditioning, telemetry and ground support products.
BUSINESS ARENA
Telemetry-East's Airborne
Telemetry and Flight Test Products & Systems
gather and process critical information onboard
spacecraft, aircraft, missiles, guided weapons,
targets, UAV's and ground . Data is recorded
and/or transmitted by radio links to fixed
or mobile receiving stations. These products
are ruggedized for extreme environments.
Telemetry-East's ground products receive,
analyze, distribute and display information
collected.
Telemetry-East's
products are used in defense and aerospace programs
such as aircraft and weapons development, flight test
and satellite communications for space agencies including

DIRECTIONS
From Philadelphia Airport (PHL)
going North
Depart Philadelphia International Airport.
Proceed North on I-95 North.
Exit I-95 at Route 413-Bristol (Exit 40). At the end of the off ramp,
turn left onto Rt. 413 North. Proceed to the second traffic light (Ford
Road). There is a Getty gas station on the right. Turn left onto Ford
Road. Go through a residential area until you come to the traffic light
- Newportville Road. Turn left onto Newportville Road and proceed .4
of a mile to Keystone Industrial Park. Turn left into the park onto
Grundy’s Lane. L-3 TE is the second building on the right. Go
to the second driveway on the right (1515 Grundy’s Lane) to access
the main entrance of the facility.
From New Jersey going South
Proceed on New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 6. (Pennsylvania Turnpike)
After Toll Booth (Burlington/Florence, NJ) continue on roadway.
Proceed across bridge, pay toll and follow signs to Pennsylvania Turnpike
Exit 358 (First exit after paying toll for bridge).
Turn onto Route 13 South.
Proceed until you come to Newportville Road (approximately 5 traffic
lights).
Turn right onto Newportville Road.
Continue on Newportville Road and turn right at Grundy’s Lane
(the first street past the overpass, at the entrance are signs for
Keystone Park).
Continue on Grundy’s Lane to the second building on the right
(1515 Grundy’s
Lane). Proceed to second driveway on the right to access main entrance
of facility.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike going
East or West
Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to Delaware Valley Exit 358.
Turn onto Route 13 South.
Proceed until you come to Newportville Road (approximately 5 traffic
lights).
Turn right onto Newportville Road.
Continue on Newportville Road and turn right at Grundy’s Lane
(the first street past the overpass, at the entrance are signs for
Keystone Park).
Continue on Grundy’s Lane to the second building on the right

STAFF AND FACILITY
Situated in historic Bucks County 20
miles north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA,
Telemetry-East employs 300 people in the design and manufacture of
sophisticated
electronic components and systems. Our new, state-of-the-art 85,000
square foot facility houses complete design, fabrication and manufacturing
facilities.
More
than 25% of our current population is devoted to engineering,
employed in various phases of new product development,
manufacturing support, and ongoing customer support.
Telemetry-East offers hundreds of individual products
which are sold separately, or system-integrated for
turn-key applications. Our experienced staff of engineers
are ready to help define the best solutions for your
challenge.
Currently,
in excess of 55% of our workforce is solely dedicated
to manufacturing and its associated support functions.
PRODUCT & QUALITY
ASSURANCE
All Telemetry-East products are manufactured in accordance
with the requirements of IPC-A-610C Class 3 and ANSI-J-STD-001.
Every manufactured unit is fully tested to a comprehensive
acceptance test procedure, which includes full performance
testing at thermal extremes. L-3 Communications Telemetry-East's
quality system is ISO 9001:2000 approved by KEMA-Registered
Quality, Inc.
