• The L-3 Sonoma EO Customer Service Group (CSG) is
fully staffed with highly skilled technicians and engineers
to support all customers worldwide. The CSG organization is
located in Santa Rosa, CA and supports over 100 customers and
over 650 systems of varying sizes and performance worldwide.
• L-3 Sonoma EO CSG has created a world-wide Service
Center network providing parts, repairs, loaner equipment and
trained personnel to customers around the world. For the past
twenty years of support, L-3 Sonoma EO CSG's capabilities and
associated facilities have been designed to ensure our customer’s
repair and maintenance expectations are achieved for L-3 Sonoma
EO systems worldwide.
• L-3 Sonoma EO CSG has established an International
Service Center (ISC) for L-3 Wescam in Canada and is responsible
for the repair and maintenance of Wescam's MX-15 products in
Santa Rosa, CA.
• L-3 Sonoma EO CSG's experience ensures the service
and support requirements are achieved throughout the life of
a program.
• L-3 Sonoma EO CSG has a proven track record for
developing and providing support services to customers who
have high operational availability requirements. These include
customers such as the U.S Coast Guard, United States Army,
UK MOD, Canadian armed forces, and other U.S. domestic, and
international customers.
• L-3 Sonoma EO CSG has substantial experience executing
fixed price ILS Programs for customers, where L-3 Sonoma EO
assumes all the risk and is responsible for:
- All required repairs and associated cost
- Configuration management of the equipment
- Transparent management of any obsolescence
- Guaranteed availability
• L-3 Communications is redefining state-of-the-art
in high performance EO/IR stabilized imaging systems for military
and government applications. L-3 Sonoma EO continues to build
on its successful experiences with DARPA, the Army’s
Night Vision Lab, the U.S. Coast Guard, Air Force, the Office
of Naval Research, Northrop-Grumman, Sandia National Labs,
and various Agencies of the U.S. Government. Our team has well
