L-3 Randtron Antenna Systems Welcomes New President.

Mr. Gianatasio was named president of Randtron Antenna Systems in May 2007. Mr.Gianatasio has over 35 years of experience in business development and general management in the microwave and RF industry in both military and commercial companies.

Before joining L-3, he held numerous management positions including President, Xicom Technology; President & CEO, Wavics Inc.; Vice President and General Manager, Sirenza Microdevices; Vice President and General Manager, Spectrain, Inc.; and Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Narda Microwave.

Mr. Gianatasio holds a B.S. degree from San Jose State University, and has also completed studies in microwave tube technology.

AOC 44th Annual Conference and Symposium

L-3 Randtron Antenna Systems will be exhibiting at the 44th Annual AOC Conference and Symposium.

L-3 Electron Devices will have their San Carlos California division and Williamsport Pennsylvania division represented. Electron Devices has designed and manufactured microwave vacuum devices for over 50 years. The division's ISO 9001:2000-certified facilities in San Carlos, CA, and Williamsport, PA, produce hundreds of microwave tubes, amplifiers and other vacuum devices every month for use in a variety of military and commercial systems.

L-3 AVISYS of Austin, Texas will have representatives on hand. L-3 AVISYS has provided innovative defense technology products and services since 1991. The creators of WIPPS technology, combat proven to equal or outperform laser technology, L-3 AVISYS is the only U.S. company installing anti-terrorist technology to heads of state and non-military aircraft.

L-3 ASIT of Linthicum Heights, Maryland will be joining us this year to showcase their products. ASIT specializes in the research, engineering and production of signal processing systems.

L-3 TRL Technology is a specialist defense electronics company, recognized internationally for its innovative intelligence-gathering tools, developing leading-edge radio and satellite communications systems. They also will have a representative on hand.
