The ASAP ACTD demonstrates and transitions web services capabilities for user-centric search engines. It provides an "information pull" as part of the Net-Centric Enterpise Services (NCES) architecture as applied on the new Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) architecture and other sources. ASAP ACTD satisfies warfighter information overload and provides ready-access to "actionable" information that will be applied in support of the Net-Enabled Command Capability (NECC).
