L-3 Communications Ocean Systems (L-3OS) is currently developing a highly customer-oriented, secure website. When completed, it will give our customers the ability to:

1. View a catalog of information (pictures, descriptions, lists of documents, training courses, etc.) specific to the L-3OS equipment they now own;
   
2. Place orders for items in the catalog;
   
3. Receive on-line confirmation that orders have been received;
   
4. Request Repair & Overhaul (R&O) service and receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping equipment to L-3OS;
   
5. Request and receive the current status of orders and R&O service;
   
6. Report operation, maintenance and logistics problems and receive solutions to them;
   
7. Obtain up-to-date information on available “life extension” upgrades for their current equipment as well as information about new products;
   
8. Give “Customer Satisfaction” feedback to L-3OS.
