The development, production, and testing of military and space quality hardware requires a wide range of processes and skills. ETI (over 50% of ETI's employees have technical degrees) has continuously improved these processes and skills to provide the best products to our customers. Since 1996, our emphasis has been to expand and modernize our development, assembly, testing and facility capabilities to meet strict quality standards, and market demands for faster cycle time and ever-high performing products at lower cost.


Although many improvements are ongoing, the results to date have been dramatic. For example, our RF testing area is now fully automated reducing test time by 75%. Our burn in capacity has increased 350% and is being fully automated. Construction of our new cathode manufacturing facility is complete and fully qualified. These and other improvements have doubled our total capacity since 1996 to 100 TWTs and 50 TWTAs per month.
