Data Entry Display (DED) The F-16 DED consists of a 3” x 1” matrix LED display, interface, and power supply. The DED is a 1"x 3" sunlight-readable instrument, qualified to MIL-E-5400 Class II environmental standards.. There are two DED’s on each aircraft.
