| ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE |

A minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing in the Canadian Aerospace and Defence sector |

Excellent written and spoken communication skills |

Operational or planning experience relating to Cavalry or heavy fighting vehicle or Infantry |

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Program Office or procurement position |

Familiar with current and future Canadian Government army programs |

Strategic thinker |

Ability to travel |

Must
be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled
Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in
Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security
clearances. |

DUTIES |

Located in L-3’s Ottawa office to lead Electronic Systems in the pursuit of land program opportunities in Canada |

Develop strategic positioning for participation in equipment acquisition and in-service support programs |
 |
Identify opportunities for products and devices in the Canadian military land market |
 |
Develop capture plans for approved pursuits |
 |
Lead capture teams |
 |
Forecast potential orders and sales from the military land programs segment |
 |
Identify value added partnerships |
