Primarily used in ground-based or airborne Radar applications, Electron Devices' Coupled Cavity TWTs are produced in the San Carlos, Ca facility and are available at power levels up to 150 KW peak, 5 KW of average power and 10% bandwidth in X and Ku band. Our tubes have found use in a wide variety of Radar systems, both in the U.S. and abroad such as the airborne Radars in the USAF F-14 and the F-16, the British Harrier and the French Mirage as well as the U.S. Army’s TPQ-36 and MPQ-64 Battlefield Surveillance Radars.
