San Carlos is centrally located on the San Francisco Peninsula, 25 miles south of San Francisco and 25 miles north of San Jose. 

Directions

To San Carlos Facility at 960 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA  94070

Directions from SFO

• Exit the airport following directions for Southbound Highway 101 (toward San Jose).

• Proceed south for approx. 10 miles to the Holly Street/Brittan Avenue exit.

• Keep left at the first fork and then merge to the right (staying left will result in reentering 101).

• Merge onto Brittan Avenue, cross Industrial Road and turn right into the driveway in the chain link fence.

• Enter Electron Devices parking lot and park in Visitor Parking adjacent to the building.

Airports

The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately 12 miles from the facility making it slightly more convenient than the Minnetta (San Jose) International Airport (SJC) which is approximately 22 miles away. San Carlos is also a 40 minute drive from the Oakland International Airport.  In addition, for the private pilots, there is the San Carlos Airport that is located less than 1 mile away.
