OVERVIEW

L-3 Linkabit specializes in the development, manufacture and support of information products for military and commercial uses. Communications products include bandwidth-efficient satellite and line-of-sight voice, data and control modems; radios; complete terminals and antenna systems. Signal products include small, lightweight, lower power, man-portable and multi-platform tactical Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems for communications intercept and direction finding. Linkabit also specializes in voice and data radios for delivery to worldwide markets, the integration of sophisticated intelligence systems into mobile platforms, innovative products that support biometric scanners for law enforcement, as well as virtual reality simulators for both the Department of Defense and NASA.
