The MobileVu™ II Mobile Data Computer (MDC) provides Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processing power housed in a rugged compact package. Through plug-in “Lock ‘n’ Load” modules, it gives the upgradeability needed for specialized hardware and software applications. The MobileVu II MDC has a very small footprint and requires very little space in the vehicle trunk. At the front end of this system is the MobileVu ruggedized touch screen display. No matter the time of day, view data and full motion video on MobileVu with unbelievable clarity and brightness. The MobileVu’s 12.1” fully sunlight readable/night dimmable display is perfect for mobile first responders. Officer safety in the field is priority number one; and that is why MobileVu comes equipped with a clear safety glass that can withstand the worst disasters. The MobileVu II MDC also comes with a ruggedized keyboard. The keyboard is sealed and provides adjustable illumination for safe operation in all lighting conditions. The sealed keyboard is immune to liquid spills or particles such as sand or dust. The keyboard also provides an integrated mouse and user configurable “hot keys” for specific user defined functions.
