Imagine controlling a bomb disposal robot as if you
were standing there next to it instead of a safe distance away; or
refueling a fighter jet at 15,000 feet and 500 mph as if you were
sitting on the edge of the refueling boom. Impossible, right? Not
with the HoloView 3-D display.
HoloView processes real-time stereoscopic input (three-dimensional
imagery) from a remote camera system and displays captured images
with true depth perception. Through the use of holographic technology,
mirrors and projection, the display shows true 3-D without the use
of special eyewear.
