ORLANDO, Sept. 10, 2002 - L-3 Communications Display Systems has signed a supplier agreement with ACSS, an L-3 Communications & Thales Company, to offer the SuperSet multi-function display (MFD) to commercial aviation customers. The SuperSet is the first commercial avionics product offered by L-3 Display Systems, who to date, has focused on military platforms.

"The SuperSet family is based on a new, state-of-the-art design using the latest AMLCD technology. The SuperSet MFD is a cost-effective, high-performance display targeted at air transport, regional and business jet customers, for TAWS, TCAS, CDTI and weather radar applications," said Bob McGill, president of L-3 Display Systems.

ACSS, a supplier of safety avionics equipment to the business, regional, air transport and military aviation markets, has agreed to add the SuperSet displays to their portfolio of products.
