Employees have the option to participate in a variety of

401(k)
All employees are eligible to participate in the L-3 401(k)
Master Savings Plan. You may elect to defer between 1% and
25% of your pay into the plan. Your eligibility to receive
company contributions and earnings is based on a five year
vesting schedule. For every dollar you invest up to 5% of
your earnings, L-3 will match 60%. For example if you contribute
5% of your earnings the company will match 3%.
ESPP
All employees are eligible to participate in the L-3
Employee Stock Purchase Plan, which
allows you the opportunity to purchase L-3 common stock
at a 15% discount. You may elect to defer between 1%
and 10% of your pay into the plan.
Casual Work Environment/Dress Code
9/80 Compressed Work Week
The company is currently on a 9/80 schedule, which
compresses 80 hours of work into 9 days instead of
10. This results in every other Friday being an AFO
(alternate Friday off).
Vacation, Sick Pay and Holidays
Employees are eligible to accrue two weeks of vacation
per calendar year, plus paid sick leave. Employees
also receive 10 paid company holidays per year.
Tuition Refund Program
Tuition reimbursed at 100%, up to annual maximum, with
a GPA of 3.0.
Employee Referral Program
A financial bonus may be paid to current employees who
refer qualified applicants that are subsequently hired.
