All visitors must check-in at the main lobby upon arriving at the L-3 Display Systems facility for badging. Typically, visitors are not allowed without a prior appointment. Visitors from outside the United States need to make appointments at least two weeks in advance so that security forms can be filed.

We prohibit certain items for the safety and security of our employees and customers, including:

• Cameras

• Tape recorders

• Cell phones with camera capability

• Portable storage devices (such as USB flash drives)

If you are planning to make a presentation and will be bringing a soft-copy, please copy your presentation on a CD-ROM. Presentations on a USB flash drive could cause delays. If you have any questions prior to your visit, please discuss them with your host.
