The E&TS Electronic Product Solutions (EPS) based in Cape Canaveral, Florida provides depot-level repair, refurbishment, maintenance, integration, fabrication, upgrade, and total life-cycle support of Communications-Electronics equipment and systems. As a major element in our Integrated Sustainment platform, the EPS also has capabilities in reverse engineering, rapid turn-around, electronic and electro-mechanical assembly, overhaul test bed and fixtures manufacturing as well as environmental testing of parts, sub-assemblies, sub-systems and systems.
Our EPS provides overhaul and refurbishment services. Units are completely disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Worn or damaged parts are replaced, protective finishes are re-applied, and the unit is re-assembled. We perform full Acceptance Testing to ensure the unit meets or exceeds customer requirements. The unit is warranted to ensure your satisfaction. We also have experience reverse-engineering units requiring repair parts that are no longer available. Our Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) tools coupled with our depot repair capabilities deliver unprecedented lifecycle extension and allows our customers to continue using product well into the future.
Our Build-to-Print capability offers our customers fabricated, fully tested, and ready-to-install precision electronic, mechanical and electromechanical assemblies built to your drawings and specifications.
