    The Code of Ethics has been revised to clarify that certain activities that may otherwise be prohibited by the Code, will be permitted in limited circumstances if reviewed and consented to in advance by the Corporate Ethics Officer, in consultation with the General Counsel, or the Board of Directors, as applicable.
