We are developing advanced wireless Network-Centric Warfare concepts that will greatly enhance the use of our country's intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance assets. About Area: Our Divisional Headquarters are located in the Silicon Prairie - Rockwall, Texas. Our new State-of-the-Art 57,000 sq. ft. facility is located in the picturesque setting of Rockwall's Technology Park. We also maintain offices in Stafford, Virginia. Candidate will resolve technical issues, conduct technical training, develop technical documents, develop troubleshooting procedures, and assist in the development of training materials. The applicant will perform field support and training activities worldwide on a DoD program. A minimum of 3 years experience system installation, testing, and support is required. Job Requirements: REQUIRED SKILLS (specialized experience/knowledge/skills for this job: • Capable of receiving a Secret Clearance • Understanding of basic network principles • Good technical writing and training skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • 2nd/3rd/weekend rotating shifts DESIRED SKILLS (other skills/abilities which will be helpful): • Experience in Air Operations Centers (AOC) or Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) system administration • Experience with network protocols, hardware and software (i.e., routers, firewalls, switches, LANs, WANs, Ethernet, Fiber Optic Media, TCP/IP and UDP) • MS Windows Sys Admin experience/certification • Excellent interpersonal skills • Systems Engineering experience. • Minimal travel Salary Range: Open     L-3 uses this website as a channel of distribution of material company information.
