BTFP is the designer, developer, and sole supplier
of the Inertial Initiator (I2) used on the C-4 and D-5 Trident Missiles.
The Inertial Initiator is a component of the "Aerodynamic Spike"
Assembly, which is attached to the nose of the missile.

profile during missile's launch and initiates deployment of
Aerodynamic Spike

streamlines missile configuration in preparation for its flight
and thereby increases its range and accuracy
