SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
Combat Power for the Warfighter
These precision systems micro-radian pointing
accuracy enable the cooled thermal sensor to provide recognition
and identification ranges of vehicle sized targets in excess
of one to two kilometers. This provides the advantage
of concealment and surprise from outside enemy weapons
capability.
When linked to the digital battle field through a communication
system, the system when integrated with a GPS enables target
location to be provided in grid coordinates.
