| TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST – Lead |
Performs a wide variety of technical tasks in support of processes, engineering, quality control, calibration, laboratories, production/test environment, field operations, line maintenance and/or chemical handling. Tests, troubleshoots, repairs, maintains and installs a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, computer, laboratory and scientific systems and/or equipment. Observes, analyzes and reports test data; and when appropriate makes necessary repairs to equipment. Uses various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals and other related documentation in the performance of their tasks. May include configuration/data management. Checks work for correctness. May assist in directing work, assigning and outlining tasks.
Successful candidate will have an Associates Degree in related discipline or a professional license with 8 years experience. Excellent communications and negotiation skills. | EOE M/F/V/D

| DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR |
Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, manufacturing team, or other department groups. Specific responsibilities include processing document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines. Ensures that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project. Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. Enters data and produces reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications.
Successful candidate will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also standard electronic systems used to manage documentation. Strong administrative and organizational skills are a must. Understanding of Aerospace industry a plus. | EOE M/F/V/D |

| SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST |
Purchases, plans and schedules movement of raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, finished goods and related material through production and inventory process. Identifies raw material, component and related requirements from engineering and production specifications and schedules. Purchases, plans and coordinates resulting material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory sequences. In front-end procurement mode, analyzes data and determines factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules. Reviews proposals, negotiates process, selects or recommends suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up orders placed, verifies delivery, approves payment, and maintains necessary records of material movement throughout manufacturing and inventory cycle(s).

| PRODUCTION SUPPORT MANAGER |
This position is a senior manager in charge of critical production support functions in a rapidly growing company that manufactures composite Unmanned Aircraft. This position will start up and run a department providing critical production support engineering functions including manufacturing process engineering, tooling, sustainment engineering, Quality Assurance, and factory test engineering. Specific duties include planning, directing and coordinating manufacturing processes. Estimating production times, staffing requirements and overseeing the development, evaluation and improvement of manufacturing methods. Establishes and drives implementation of Advanced Manufacturing Management techniques such as Lean Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control.
Successful candidate will have 8 years progressive production operations experience with a Master s degree OR 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing technology or a related field such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. | QUALITY SUPPORT LEAD |
| Leads a quality inspection team to maintain the inspection process and maintenance of associated documentation. Responsible for interfacing with the engineering and manufacturing department to design and implement testing procedures in a rapidly growing company that manufactures composite Unmanned Aircraft. | TEST PILOT I |
Tests aircraft to determine compliance with specification and operational suitability. Pilots models of test aircraft during engineering tests, production acceptance and flight test support through specifically prescribed tests and maneuvers. Coordinates flight operations efforts. Approves configuration. May conduct demonstration flights with customers, government officials, or other personnel to exhibit aircraft performance, flying qualities and systems capabilities.
Successful candidate will be able to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. 2 years experience with a BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. | EOE M/F/V/D |

| QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER |
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will be responsible to plan, oversee, and facilitate process implementation supporting the manufacturing inspection and test functions at our Easton, MD facility. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing a QA organization responsible for all traditional QA functions covering engineering development, manufacturing, inspection, test, etc. Participating on program teams as the QA representative as well as customer interface. Interacting directly with Operations in the accomplishment of product backlog, scheduling, and continuous improvement objectives in the manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will have an Associates degree in Business or related discipline plus five (5) years aerospace experience as a Quality Assurance Manager. They must be proficient in Blueprint reading. A working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems, Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), Inspection planning, and Six Sigma or lean experience. Working knowledge of NADCAP special processes and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance knowledge preferred. ASQ CQA/CQE/CQM certifications a plus. CQA is required or have the ability to achieve within 6 months. Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office tools. Working knowledge and experience implementing and executing of total quality management systems and practices, including process improvement, statistical process/quality control, lean manufacturing, design for manufacturability. | EOE M/F/V/D |

| PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL |
Coordinates with requestors to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet requirements. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. Prepares purchase order requests. Coordinates interdepartmental activity and schedules and expedites the movement of parts.
The successful candidate will have three (3) years experience in a position requiring consistent attention to detail and adherence to policy/procedure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Experience working with multiple priorities and strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in Procurement, Material Planning or a related field in a manufacturing environment and is familiar with iBuy and SAP.
