Prior to joining ACSS in February 2001, Ganase held the position of Vice President of Operations for Thales Avionics Canada from 1996 to 2000. He also served as Vice President of Customer Services for Thales Avionics from 1994 to 1996. Ganase holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Air Transport Engineering from London City University, England. Due to U.S. government regulations, ACSS operations dealing with classified programs will have a separate reporting structure that will be announced at a later date.
