TAMPA, FL, May 1, 2001 - L-3 Communications (NYSE:LLL) Aviation Communications and Surveillance Systems (ACSS) provide the standard safety package for all new Embraer and Dornier aircraft. The package includes Traffic Collision Warning Systems (TCAS 2000) and Mode S Transponders. ACSS products are standard onboard Embraer's current production aircraft, the ERJ-135, and ERJ-145. ACSS products are standard onboard Dornier's current production aircraft, the 328 turboprop and the 328JET.
