L-3 Telemetry-West offers a wide range of space-qualified products available for commercial and military satellite communications. L-3 is the primary U.S. supplier of Telemetry, Tracking and Command (TT&C) Transponders offering state of the art technology and modular flexibility commercial and military applications. They are backed by a strong flight heritage and feature high reliability and radiation hardening to satisfy virtually any environment. Our dual mode SGLS and USB TT&C Transponder (CXS-2000) offers additional flexibility and can be configured with up/down convertors to operate at frequencies up to K-band. Our flight-proven high data rate X-Band Transmitters offer flexibility in modulation format (BPSK, SQPSK, 8PSK) output power (standard 3 or 6 watts) and interfaces and are extremely well suited for satellite payload transmission.

Telemetry-West also offers a complete range of embedded and stand-alone COMSEC products that can be customized for your specific application. These units are modular and are offered with various NSA approved devices depending upon your program requirements. Our extensive background in obtaining NSA approval for these devices mitigates program risk. Since we are a full-service engineering and manufacturing space provider we also offer other unique products that can be customized (solid state power amplifiers, low-cost receivers/transmitters, etc.) for specific applications.
