Work Environment/Dress Code

Compressed Work Week
••• The company is currently on a 9/80 schedule, which compresses 80 hours of
work into 9 days instead of 10.

This results in every other Friday being
an AFO (alternate Friday off).

Sick Pay and Holidays
••• Employees are eligible to accrue two weeks of vacation per calendar year,
plus one additional day

each calendar year, up to a maximum of 20 days per
year. In addition to vacation, L-3 Telemetry-West

employees generally receive
80 hours of holidays per year and 40 hours of sick time.
