Communication Systems-East has a centralized Depot to repair and maintain all products, both current and heritage. These products encompass radios ranging from HF to Satcom, encryption devices including STU III and STE terminals, Navy interior voice communications equipment and other related communications equipment. Depot Operations are separately staffed and facilitized, including the applicable engineering expertise to develop alternate sources for obsolete parts on older products. Product hot lines are used, where applicable, to facilitate resolution of customer problems. Repair turn-around cycles are typically less than eight weeks.
